Emelyn Guevara

Emelyn (she/her) joined Imagine in the summer of 2021 as our first Associate. Promoted to Senior Associate, Recruitment in 2022, Emelyn leads our embedded recruitment function, managing our long-term accounts with clients such as Peer Health Exchange and Nonprofit Finance Fund.

She brings deep experience in education and nonprofit operations, project management, talent and HR, social-emotional learning, and community building, leading with a lens of equity and racial justice. Emelyn believes in supporting the needs of others through her resources and networks with empathy and a growth mindset.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Worcester State University and is an alum of the Latinos for Education Fellowship Program.
